• How do you handle group size?

  Multi-day journeys cap at 12 travelers. Day experiences cap at 14. Private departures are available on request for any tour.

• What is included in the price?

  Each tour page lists the included items in detail. As a baseline: lodging on the stated basis, professional bilingual guides, all internal transport during the itinerary, park fees, and welcome briefing.

• When do I pay the balance?

  We collect a 20% deposit at booking and the balance 30 days before departure. The remaining schedule is on your booking confirmation.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  Multi-day tours: refundable up to 30 days before departure, partial credit up to 14 days before. Day experiences: free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Exceptions to the policy are negotiated case by case with your country specialist.

• Do you operate in low season?

  Yes. Every tour runs year-round. Each tour page lists the recommended months and we will flag conditions during the off-season at booking.

• Are you a travel agency or a tour operator?

  Tour operator. Latin Spirit has run guided journeys across Latin America since 1992 with local teams in each country. We design and operate the trips end to end.
