What we collect
Name, email, phone and country when you fill out a contact form. Travel details (dates, destinations, group size, dietary needs) when you book. Payment information is processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
What we do with it
Operate your booking, send transactional communications (confirmation, reminders, post-trip survey), and provide on-trip support. We do not sell or share your contact with third parties.
Marketing communications
Only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any newsletter email.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. We group cookies into three categories:
Necessary
Always active. These cookies are required for the site to function — they store your cookie-consent decision (ls_consent), your language preference (NEXT_LOCALE), and your authentication session (Supabase). Without them, core features such as booking and account access cannot work. They cannot be disabled from this banner.
Analytics
Loaded only after you accept. These cookies help us understand which pages are visited most often, how long visitors stay, and where they come from, so we can improve the site. No personal data is stored or shared with third parties.
Marketing
Loaded only after you accept. These cookies may be set by advertising partners to show you relevant ads on other websites. If you do not accept them, you will still see ads, but they will not be tailored to your interests.
Changing your cookie preferences
A cookie banner is shown the first time you visit the site. You can choose to accept all, reject all, or manage each category individually. Your choice is stored for approximately 180 days.
